Terms of Use (Popup Card Designer)

Article 1 (Introduction)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the software "Popup Card Designer" (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") provided by Tama Software Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

By downloading, installing, purchasing a license key, or using the Software, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "License Key" refers to the serial number or code required to activate the Software.

2. "User" refers to any individual or organization that downloads, purchases, installs, or uses the Software.

Article 3 (Grant of License)

1. The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license (hereinafter referred to as the "License") to use the Software.

2. The User may use one License in one of the following ways:
(1) Install and use it on up to two computers owned or managed by the same individual.
(2) Install it on a single computer and allow multiple users to share that computer.

3. If a corporation or organization purchases multiple Licenses, each License shall be assigned to a specific individual or computer and may not be installed on multiple computers.

4. The License is intended for personal or business use, and any transfer, lending, resale, or sublicensing of the License Key is strictly prohibited.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the Software:

  • 1. Reselling, transferring, lending, exchanging, sharing, or auctioning the License Key.
  • 2. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software.
  • 3. Sharing the License Key with third parties.

Article 5 (Management of License Key)

1. Users are responsible for managing their License Keys and must not disclose them to third parties.

2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of License Keys.

Article 6 (Refund Policy)

1. Due to the nature of this service, we do not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges of purchased License Keys for any reason.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All intellectual property rights related to the Software and its contents belong to the Company.

Article 8 (Termination and Revocation of License)

1. If the User violates these Terms, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the use of the License.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

2. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
